Faculty Annual Evaluation System
Welcome to the College of Business Administration
Faculty Annual Evaluation web site. All tenured, tenure track, and
full-time, non-tenure track faculty are required to annually report
their teaching, scholarly, and service activities.
Sign on to the secure site with your UIN number as your Login Id.
The UIN now replaces your Social Security Number as the university
identifier. Your UIN is the blue 9 digit number on your ID Card or
in the Employee Demographics Information section in NESSIE. If this
is the first time you are using the system, use the last four digits
of your UIN number as your password. However, the password can be
changed at any point of time.
